It’s time, to sum up, the second quarter of 2019 for Crowdestate crowdfunding platform – new and exited investment opportunities, payouts to investors and growth in investors community.

In the past 3 months, 24 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform, 14 of which were real estate and 10 corporate funding projects.

A total of 12 successful exits were made during the first quarter and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 73.
The total amount of EUR 32610037.15 was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totalling EUR 27798100.41 and interest payments totalling EUR 4811936.74.

Repayments to investors were made from 49 different investment opportunities totalling EUR 5466666.12, of which principal repayments totalling EUR 4728435.44 and interest payments totalling EUR 738230.68.
