Let’s take a look at the last month of 2020 – new, completed and overdue projects, payments made to investors and secondary market transactions.
Successfully funded projects
In the last month, 7 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform. 5 out of them were Estonian projects and 2 projects were from Italy. With the help of Crowdestate investors, 9 loans were financed in the amount of EUR 99 186 551.
The total number of launched projects increased to 299, in the amount of EUR 99 186 551.

The average investment amount in December was EUR 375. 34. Compared to November the average investment amount has decreased by EUR 66.3.
Exited investment opportunities
A total of 13 successful exits were made during the month of December and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 174.
The total amount of EUR 3 655 975.12 was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totalling EUR 3 452 533. 20, interest payments totalling 202 087. 40 and late fees in the amount of EUR 1 354. 52.

Marketplace statistics
32,13% of Crowdestate investors are active in the secondary market. In December 969 investment offers were published for sale, in the amount of EUR 1 061 882. 21 and 396 investment opportunities were bought in the amount of EUR 137 652. 67.
The most-traded project was Nord Company, that was published for sale 67 times and bought 35 times.
December payouts and overdue projects
Repayments to investors were made from 50 different investment opportunities totalling EUR 1 027 528.07, of which EUR 889 920.50 were principal repayments, EUR 1 113 421. 72 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 1 354, 52.
As of January 1st, payments of 32 projects have been late, totalling EUR 10 386 009.5, including EUR 6 256 709. 32 principal, EUR 1 085 922.08 interest payments and late fees in the amount of EUR 3 015 878. 49.
