Here is the performance report of June – new, exited and overdue projects, payments made to investors and aftermarket transactions.
Successfully funded projects
In the last month, 8 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform. 5 out of them were Estonian projects, 2 Italian projects, and 1 project was from Romania. With the help of Crowdestate investors, 6 loans were financed in the amount of EUR 872 000.
The total number of launched projects increased to 250, in the amount of EUR 92 300 551.

The average investment amount in June was EUR 437.24. Compared to May, the average investment amount has increased by EUR 99.62.
Exited investment opportunities
A total of 7 successful exits were made during the month of June and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 125.
The total amount of EUR 1 379 350.77 was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totalling EUR 1 364 652.66, interest payments totalling EUR 14 725.11.

Marketplace statistics
31.9% of Crowdestate investors are active in the secondary market. In June, 2 266 investment offers were published for sale, in the amount of EUR 1 174 801.79, and 599 investment opportunities were bought in the amount of EUR 184 062.21.
The most-traded project was Instituudi tee 132 (II), that was published for sale 208 times and bought 32 times.
June’s payouts and overdue projects
Repayments to investors were made from 35 different investment opportunities totalling EUR 1 631 857.26, of which EUR 1 476 652.66 were principal repayments, EUR 136 230.16 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 18 974.44.
As of July 1st, payments of 29 projects have been late, totalling EUR 9 666 625.74 Including EUR 6 562 269.22 principal, EUR 1 360 241.45 interest payments and late fees in the amount of EUR 1 744 115.07.
18 projects are real estate and 11 business investment opportunities. 1 project has been late for 30+ days and 23 projects 90+ days.
