Imperceptibly, autumn has arrived, which means that it’s time, to sum up, the third quarter of 2019 for Crowdestate crowdfunding platform – new and exited investment opportunities, payouts to investors and growth in investors community.

In the past 3 months, 25 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform, 19 of which were real estate, 5 corporate funding projects and 1 mortgage loan project.

Exited investment opportunities
A total of 12 successful exits were made during the third quarter and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 85.
The total amount of EUR 4 112 087.69 was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totaling EUR 3 921 739.08, interest payments totaling EUR 168 624.85, and paid late fees in the amount of EUR 21 723.76.

Repayments to investors were made from 54 different investment opportunities totaling EUR 2 332 526.5, of which principal repayments totaling EUR 1 799 699.23 and interest payments totaling EUR 532 827.27
As of October 1, payments of 24 projects have been late, totaling EUR 2 261 291.40.

In the past 3 months, 4282 have joined Crowdestate investors community. Before you know it, there are 40 000 of us.
