Here is an overview of October 2020 – new, completed and overdue projects, payments made to investors and secondary market transactions.
Successfully funded projects
In the last month, 8 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform. 3 out of them were Estonian projects, 4 Italian projects, and 1 project was from Romania. With the help of Crowdestate investors, 6 loans were financed in the amount of EUR 1 549 800.
The total number of launched projects increased to 280, in the amount of EUR 96 432 151.

The average investment amount in October was EUR 401.43. Compared to September the average investment amount has increased by EUR 131.92.
Exited investment opportunities
A total of 5 successful exits were made during the month of October and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 156.
The total amount of EUR 918 208.58 was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totalling EUR 903 972.31 and interest payments totalling EUR 14 236.27.

Marketplace statistics
31.96% of Crowdestate investors are active in the secondary market. In October, 1059 investment offers were published for sale, in the amount of EUR 482 928.06, and 391 investment opportunities were bought in the amount of EUR 121 878.54.
The most-traded project was USL Invest OÜ (II), that was published for sale 60 times and bought 29 times.
October payouts and overdue projects
Repayments to investors were made from 25 different investment opportunities totalling EUR 448 787.21, of which EUR 289 754.47 were principal repayments, EUR 155 807.80 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 3 224.94.
As of November 1st, payments of 27 projects have been late, totalling EUR 8 975 447.49. Including EUR 5 682 168.88 principal, EUR 917 656.57 interest payments and late fees in the amount of EUR 2 375 622.04
