Let’s take a look back at February 2021 – new, completed and overdue projects, payments made to investors and secondary market transactions.
Successfully funded projects
In February 2021, 9 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform, out of which 1 did not receive the funding.
Out of the published projects, 5 were Estonian projects, 2 were Latvian and 2 projects were from Romania. With the help of Crowdestate’s investors, 4 loans were financed in February. The total number of launched projects increased to 306, in the amount of EUR 100 242 551.

The average investment amount in February was EUR 367.23. Compared to the last month, the average investment amount has increased by EUR 45.81.
Exited investment opportunities
A total of 4 successful exits were made during the month of February and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 192.
The total amount of EUR 1 216 123.02 was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totalling EUR 1 174 287.41, interest payments totalling EUR 41 835.59, and late fees in the amount of EUR 0.02.

Marketplace statistics
32.22% of Crowdestate investors are active in the secondary market. In February 673 investment offers were published for sale, in the amount of EUR 659 529.06 and 302 investment opportunities were bought in the amount of EUR 123 973.82.
The most-traded project was Decoreter OÜ (II) which was published for sale 59 times and bought 19 times.
February payouts and overdue projects
Repayments to investors were made from 34 different investment opportunities totalling EUR 394 924.7 of which EUR 184 607.22 were principal repayments, EUR 208 117.32 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 1200.16.
As of March 1st, payments of 14 projects (including a total of 29 different investment opportunities) had been late, totalling EUR 11 023 321.52, including EUR 6 372 017.88 principal, EUR 1 569 113.14 interest payments and late fees in the amount of EUR 3 082 190.50.
