The May’s overview of the Crowdestate platform is in front of you – new, exited and overdue projects, payments made to investors and aftermarket transactions.

Successfully funded projects

In the last month, 7 new investment opportunities were launched on Crowdestate’s crowdfunding platform, and 1 of them is still open for investing. 3 out of them were Estonian projects, 3 Italian projects, and 1 project was from Latvia. With the help of Crowdestate investors, 5 loans were financed in the amount of EUR 510 900.

The total number of launched projects increased to 242, in the amount of EUR 91 457 751.

The average investment amount in May was EUR 337.62. Compared to April, the average investment amount has increased by EUR 63.56.

Exited investment opportunities

A total of 3 successful exits were made during the month of May and the total number of investment opportunities that ended successfully increased to 118.

The total amount of EUR 214 207.78  was paid out to investors. Including principal repayments totalling EUR 199 985.29, interest payments totalling EUR 14 165.96, and late fees in the amount of EUR 56.53.

Marketplace statistics

31.72% of Crowdestate investors are active in the secondary market. In May, 901 investment offers were published for sale, in the amount of EUR 233 986.09.

The most-traded project was Astangu 18/20, 13519 Tallinn (II).

May’s payouts and overdue projects

Repayments to investors were made from 31 different investment opportunities totalling EUR  874 856.91, of which EUR 554 950.80 were principal repayments, EUR 173 442.09 interest payments, and late fees in the amount of EUR 146 464.02.

As of June 1st, payments of 40 projects have been late, totalling EUR 9 219 020.21 Including EUR 6 679 054.97 principal, EUR 1 011 478.33 interest payments and late fees in the amount of EUR 1 528 486.91

26 projects are real estate and 14 business investment opportunities. 2 projects have been late for 30+ days and 24 projects 90+ days.
